Terms of Service

Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The limited warranty applies to mechanism, hydraulics, wheel, base, castors and hardware such as screws and nuts. This applies to chair used under normal household or office condition. However, there is no warranty on upholstery/covering.

Rights & restrictions

  1. 12 MONTHS DOMESTIC WARRANTY ON ALL SPARES OF THE CHAIRS IS PROVIDED. *SPARES PARTS, HYDRAULIC, WHEELS, BASE AND MECHANISM.
  2. REPLACEMENT/RETURN –NOT PROVIDED IN ANY CASE AFTER PURCHASE. ONLY THE SPARE PARTS CAN BE REPLACED FOR THE REPAIR OF CHAIRS.
  3. INVOICE IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT AT THE TIME OF SERVICE/REPAIR.

Warranty does not applies in case of:-

• Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.

• Normal wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

• Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impact or accident.

• Products that have been strong assembled or installed incorrect, used inappropriately.

• Product cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

• Damages are to be reported within 7 days of delivery of the chair.
