The warranty covers manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to recliners used under normal household conditions. We provide 18 months warranty on the machine from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear. Cuts, scratches, or damage caused by accidents are not covered. Fabric or leatherite colour fading over time or due to direct sunlight exposure is also not included. Any changes due to environmental or climate conditions are natural and not covered under warranty. Exceeding the specified weight limit may void the warranty. The product may not function properly due to added strain, misuse, or regular wear & tear.
